Job summary

Orange Coast Homecare, LLC in Torrance is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors live safely and independently at home. You will provide personalized support in clients' homes, delivering dignity, comfort, and companionship.

The role includes assisting with bathing, dressing, meals, medication reminders, and daily routines, while observing changes and reporting them to families. Training is provided and paid, with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Caring, dependable and trustworthy.
• Compassionate and passionate about helping others.
• Strong communicators with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to drive with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in caregiving is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
• Offer companionship and meaningful conversation
• Engage clients in activities they enjoy
• Observe and report changes in clients' health or well-being
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home
