Job summary

San Diego Compassionate Caregivers is seeking an experienced Home Health Aide to provide in-home care in North County, Oceanside. The role supports clients with daily living tasks, mobility assistance, and monitoring health needs in a compassionate, client-centered manner.

The position offers full-time or part-time hours, a morning shift from 7:00am to 11:00am, and benefits including 401(k) matching, health insurance, and paid training. Relocation to Oceanside is required.

Qualifications

• Registered Home Health Aide or eligible to obtain within 30 days.
• COVID vaccination preferred.
• TB clearance within 90 days or 7 days after hire.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Lifting/transferring clients as needed.
• Experience with spinal cord injury is highly preferred.
• Experience with operating a Hoyer lift is required.

San Diego Compassionate Caregivers is Urgently Hiring for an Experienced Caregiver in North County.

Requirements:

• Registered Home Health Aide (Or will be within 30 days of hire)
• COVID Vaccinated (preferred)
• TB Clearance (within 90 days or within 7 days after hire)
• Reliable Transportation
• Lifting/Transferring (as needed)
• Experience with Spinal Cord Injury (Highly preferred)
• Experience with operating Hoyer Lift (Must Have)

Shifts:

Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays Morning shift 7:00am-11:00am

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time

Pay:

$22.00 - $23.00 per hour
