Job summary

Helping Hearts USA LLC in Charlotte, TN (37036) is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide companionship, supervision, and non-medical support for a client. The role focuses on outdoor activities, daily routines, safety, and respectful, professional engagement during shifts.

You will work 3–4 days per week (Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat) from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with shifts lasting 4–6 hours. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

The client enjoys being outdoors, spending time in the yard, and participating in activities that help keep him engaged throughout the day. We are seeking a caregiver who is comfortable supporting these interests while maintaining safety, professionalism, and respect at all times.

The ideal caregiver will provide companionship, supervision, and non-medical support while encouraging participation in outdoor activities and daily routines. Candidates should be observant, reliable, and able to promote both engagement and safety in the home and community environment.

Position Details

• Location: Charlotte, TN 37036

• Schedule: 3 to 4 days per week

• Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

• Hours: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• Shift Length: 4 to 6 hours per shift
