Job summary

Right at Home Montgomery is seeking caregivers, personal care assistants, and CNAs to deliver one-to-one in-home support for seniors. You’ll help with daily living activities, mobility, and companionship, all while building meaningful relationships in a compassionate environment.

Earn $11-$13 per hour with weekly pay, flexible schedules, and benefits including health and dental options. Training is provided, and weekend differential may apply.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with acts of daily living like bathing, dressing, incontinence care, cleaning, and cooking.
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Assist with errands or transportations
• Provide companionship and emotional support
