Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care in Boulder is seeking compassionate caregivers to deliver personalized in-home support for clients in their own homes. You will assist with daily tasks, safety, and companionship to help clients live independently.

We offer flexible scheduling (part-time and full-time), growth opportunities, and a supportive team. No experience is required, but heart is essential; bilingual skills are a plus. Weekly pay is coming soon and you will join a client-centered care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks, as needed.
• Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed.
