Job summary

Freedom Caregivers in Marion, OH seeks caring individuals to provide one-on-one in-home support and companionship to clients.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time shifts, paid training with on-the-job support, daily pay through TapCheck, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and essential health coverage to help you grow in healthcare.

No prior cert required, but HHA or STNA is a plus; you must pass a background check and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• HHA or STNA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• At least 1 year of previous experience as a caregiver (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and companionship to clients.
• Assist with daily living activities to promote independence.
• Support clients to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
