New Horizons In-Home Care is seeking a dedicated Caregiver Mentor in Oregon to support our mission of empowering well-being through high‑quality home care and companionship. You will train caregivers, assess training needs, and mentor new staff while maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of care plans, ISPs, and OAR requirements.
A CNA or equivalent experience is preferred, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
Schedule: Sunday- Wednesday OR Wednesday- Saturday (8:00am- 6:30pm)
