Belmont Village is hiring caregivers to support seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will provide hands-on care, assist residents with daily activities, and build relationships that enhance comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training.
• Must be able to use company issued electronic devices (tablets, smartphones, laptops).
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees.
• Post-offer pre-employment screenings may include background check, drug screening, physical examination, TB testing.

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to assigned residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care; report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality, customer service and resident satisfaction a top priority in every interaction.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Caregiver at Belmont Village, you will provide hands-on care and support to seniors living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Working as part of a collaborative care team, you'll assist residents with daily activities while building meaningful relationships that enhance their comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life.

We're seeking dependable, team-oriented professionals who take pride in their work, maintain a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates are comfortable caring for multiple residents and delivering exceptional care and hospitality. Previous experience as a Caregiver, C.N.A., Resident Assistant, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Patient Care Assistant, or in a similar healthcare, senior living, assisted living, memory care, or group home setting is highly valued.

A C.N.A. license is not required. We welcome experienced caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants, and individuals who are passionate about building a career in senior living and healthcare.

YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
