Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver for overnight shifts (10:30pm to 7:00am) in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Burbank. You will provide hands-on care, assist residents with daily activities, and help create a warm, welcoming environment.

Experience as a caregiver or similar role is valued; CNA license is not required. A strong team mindset, reliability, and effective communication in English are essential to deliver compassionate care and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Must be able to use company-issued devices (tablets, smartphones, laptops).
• Reliable attendance is essential for Belmont Village operations.
• Offers contingent on post-offer screenings (background check, drug screen, TB test).

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to assigned residents.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.

ABOUT THE ROLE

(Full Time) Overnights 10:30pm to 7:00am 4/2 Rotation Varying Schedule

As a Caregiver at Belmont Village, you will provide hands‑on care and support to seniors living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Working as part of a collaborative care team, you'll assist residents with daily activities while building meaningful relationships that enhance their comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life.

We're seeking dependable, team-oriented professionals who take pride in their work, maintain a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates are comfortable caring for multiple residents and delivering exceptional care and hospitality. Previous experience as a Caregiver, C.N.A., Resident Assistant, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Patient Care Assistant, or in a similar healthcare, senior living, assisted living, memory care, or group home setting is highly valued.

A C.N.A. license is not required. We welcome experienced caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants, and individuals who are passionate about building a career in senior living and healthcare.

YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community
• Promote socialization and inspire participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided and promptly report any observed changes to supervisors
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands‑on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Must be able to effectively use company issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job-related tasks
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
