Job summary

Rennes Group in De Pere, WI is seeking a Caregiver/Med Pass to provide personal and supportive care to residents, following each resident's service plan and ensuring dignity and safety in daily activities.

The personal caregiver provides personal and supportive care to the specific needs and service plan requirements of the residents; encourages self-care of residents to maintain an optimum level of functioning and self-esteem; assists with meal service and general housekeeping in the facility as scheduled and responds to emergency needs within the community.
