Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Dallas, TX is hiring a dedicated Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and companionship. You will follow individualized care plans and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

You’ll work as part of a compassionate team, providing hands-on assistance with bathing, grooming, mobility, dining support, and memory care activities where applicable. This role offers paid training, growth opportunities, and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassionate, reliable, and strong communication.
• Age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
