Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, reinforce safety and dignity, and build meaningful relationships that brighten each day. You will assist with ADLs, follow individualized service plans, document changes, and collaborate with nursing and care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in a warm community.

Required: High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid or ability to obtain, and a reliable, caring

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
