SYNERGY HomeCare in Danville, CA is seeking a Mandarin-speaking caregiver to join our independent national agency and provide compassionate non-medical support in clients’ homes.

You will assist with daily activities, offer companionship, and ensure reliable, respectful care with family communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Mandarin-speaking required for client communication.
• Compassion, patience, and side-by-side support with clients.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage flexible schedules.

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
