Job summary

Independent Home Health is hiring dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to individuals in their homes throughout Beaver Springs and surrounding communities.

You’ll build relationships with the people you support and help them remain safe, comfortable and independent at home. We offer flexible scheduling and both full-time and part-time opportunities based on available cases.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Be able to pass required background checks.
• Be dependable, caring and patient.
• Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Help with mobility and everyday activities.
• Prepare meals.
• Complete light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with errands or appointments when needed.
• Follow the individual's care plan.

What You'll Do

Depending on the needs of the individual you're supporting, you may:

What We're Looking For

You must:

• Be 18 years of age or older

Previous caregiving experience is welcome, but it is not required.

Experience as a caregiver, direct care worker, personal care aide, home health aide, PCA, HHA or CNA is a plus.
