Ideal candidates have 1+ year of experience in senior care, knowledge of HIPAA, strong communication, and the ability to manage challenging behaviors with empathy.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in assisted living or senior care required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Proficiency in caregiving techniques.

• Familiarity with home care systems.
• Background in childcare, social work, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What you will be doing:

Assisting clients with activities of daily living. Services may include, but are not limited to, activity of daily living support, personal care, bathing/toileting, medication reminding, light house-keeping, personal laundry, cooking, shopping, assistance in getting to and from appointments, maintenance of household records, and companionship.

Job Requirements:

• Valid ID and Social Security Card - (Required)
• 1 year of experience or equivalent - (Required)
• Driver's License - (Preferred)

Ability to commute/relocate:North/Western Suburbs: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
