Job summary

Senior Resource Group is hiring dedicated caregivers to join our assisted living community in California. You will respond promptly to resident needs, assist with daily living activities, and help transport residents as needed, always with kindness and respect.

No formal experience is required, but a compassionate heart for service is essential. We foster teamwork and a strong work ethic in a supportive environment for both staff and residents.

Qualifications

• No formal caregiving experience required, but any caregiving experience is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility).
• Transport residents as needed and assist them into and out of bed or wheelchairs.
• Listen to residents' stories and provide a supportive environment.
• Work with a care team to deliver the best possible care.
• Demonstrate teamwork and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Any caregiving experience is great but not required!
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
