Oakmont Management Group, based in Irvine, operates Ivy Park Belmont, a premier senior living community. We are hiring a Care Provider for full-time shifts in Belmont, CA, to assist residents with daily living and personal care, supporting independence in a compassionate, respectful environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, dignity, and resident well-being. Training is provided if needed, and we value applicants who share our commitment to high-quality senior care.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Vaccination/testing and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in ADLs as per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond to residents' needs promptly while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report changes in condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

Position: Care Provider- Full Time

Shifts, Time, and Days: AM Shift- 6:30AM- 2:30PM, PM Shift- 2:30PM- 10:30PM

Pay Range: $20- $21 per hour

The Care Provider is responsible for providing personal assistance and daily care and services related to the residents in order to enhance the residents’ independence and quality of life, in accordance with the company’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in their Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as specified in the resident’s service and care plan. This includes eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring (walking), and continence.
• Respond to residents' needs promptly while maintaining residents' self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate any observed or suspected resident change of condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
