Homewatch CareGivers is hiring caregivers in the CA region. We offer full-time or part-time roles with schedules built around real people and a commitment to compassionate home care. Travel between clients is paid, and growth opportunities exist within a family-owned agency.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience preferred, in a facility or home care setting.
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license are required.
• High school diploma or GED is required; California HCA registration or willingness to obtain it is expected.

Responsibilities

• Communicate ongoing care needs and collaborate with families and care staff.
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment for clients.
• Assist clients with daily living activities (personal care, mobility, meal prep).
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry; assist with errands and shopping.

Job Description

Job Requirements

• At least 6-months of professional caregiving experience preferred, either in a facility setting or with a home care agency
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED
• California Home Care Aide registration(HCA number), or willingness to get registered (it's straightforward and we'll walk you through it)
• Current TB clearance

What you'll do: Help these seniors live safely and comfortably at home - help getting around, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and warm, steady companionship. Nothing here is heavy or high-stress. What matters most is showing up when you say you will and treating these clients like family. This is steady, dependable work: We have a multitude of different shifts available to start immediately as we operate 24 hours a day. Our shifts range from 4-12 hours.
