Job summary

Right at Home San Antonio is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team and provide companionship and daily living assistance to seniors in their homes.

We offer flexible full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts, with weekly pay, ongoing training, and referral/loyalty bonuses to reward dedication and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation with a safe driving record.
• 1 year of experience with seniors, CNA course completion, or enrollment in a nursing program.
• Pass a national background check and drug screening.
• CNA training is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and companionship to seniors.
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and transferring.
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, stroke, and hospice care.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment for clients.

Caregiver Responsibilities:
