Job summary

Right at Home San Antonio is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. We offer flexible full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts to fit your schedule, with weekly pay and ongoing training. You will provide care and companionship to seniors in Rockport and surrounding areas as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications include being 21+, having a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a background check. CNA training is a plus, and prior senior care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working with seniors or CNA training preferred.
• Must be able to pass a national background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and companionship to seniors.
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and transferring.
• Support clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, stroke, and hospice care.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment for clients.

Rockport, Corpus Christi, San Antonio and surrounding areas including Seguin, Floresville, La Vernia, Adkins, Elmendorf, Stockdale, Somerset, Saint Hedwig, Kingsbury, Poth, Sutherland Springs, Von Ormy, and more.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and companionship to seniors
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and transferring

Caregiver Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid Driver's License and auto insurance
• Reliable transportation with a safe driving record
• 1 year of experience working with seniors, CNA course completion, or enrollment in a nursing program
• Pass a national background check and drug screening
• CNA training (preferred but not required)
• Flexibility with work schedule is a plus
