Job summary

Senior Helpers of Spokane is hiring caring individuals to become in-home care aides. No experience needed; we will train you for free, and you’ll help clients stay safe and independent in their homes.

We offer competitive pay, flexible full- and part-time schedules, benefits, and paid training. Washington State Home Care Aides (HCA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Have engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships.
• Participate in clients’ hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games).
• Prep meals for clients to enjoy.
• Assist clients with walking, dressing, and activities of daily living.
• Document activities and provide updates on clients’ condition and behavior
