Sunrise Senior Living in Charlottesville, VA seeks a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents, including personal care and daily activities. You will follow individualized service plans and document changes to ensure safety and dignity.

In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences and engage residents through conversation, activities, and meaningful interactions. We offer paid training, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team culture.

Formación

• CPR/First Aid certification required or ability to obtain.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Compassion and reliability essential; strong communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
