Right at Home in Oakland seeks a Home Care Aide/Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home support. Flexible part-time mornings and afternoons with travel to client homes.

Responsibilities include light housekeeping, personal care, cooking, transportation to appointments, and companionship, while maintaining dignity and independence for clients. We value life experience, dependability, and a heart for helping others; training is provided and paid.

Qualifications

• Registered Home Care Aide with the State of California.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's license preferred.
• Willing to travel to client homes.
• Reliable transportation, vehicle with insurance preferred.
• Caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a range of tasks from light housekeeping, cleaning, personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, toileting), cooking, transportation to appointments, and emotional support/companionship.
• Provide companionship and monitor client well-being while promoting dignity and independence.
