Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities? PAI is seeking dedicated and compassionate Individualized Home Supports (IHS) Professionals to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, helping them maintain independence, improve daily living skills, and engage in meaningful activities, both at home and in the community.

We are looking for a part-time employee in the Stillwater/Oakdale area.

Pay rate: $20 hourly + mileage reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities for IHS Professionals:

• Personal Care and Support: Offer assistance with personal care, including hygiene, meals, and medication management.
• Engagement in Activities: Facilitate enjoyable and meaningful activities to ensure individuals remain engaged and active at home and in the community.
• Life Skills Training: Assist individuals in learning and improving skills for independent living, including budgeting, grocery shopping, and meal planning.
• Emotional Support: Foster companionship and provide emotional support, creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere.
• Household Assistance: Help with household chores such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.
• Safety and Well-being: Ensure a safe and secure environment for the individuals you support.

Job Requirements for IHS Professionals:

• High school degree/G.E.D. and be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass DHS background study and maintain clearance to provide direct services without continuous supervision.
• Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license, proof of car insurance and clean driving record required.
