Job summary

AbaCares Services in Easton, PA is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide high-quality, person-centered care to individuals in need. The role emphasizes safety, companionship, and adherence to care plans, with a focus on respectful, empathetic support.

This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, with an average weekly schedule of about 45 hours. Applicants should be female, ideally with Spanish-speaking skills and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant, or similar role.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.
• Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail and follow care plans accurately.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and compassionate demeanor.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Physical ability to perform the position's duties, including lifting and transferring clients as needed.
• A commitment to providing high-quality, empathetic care to individuals in need.
