Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is hosting a Spark Your New Career National Hiring Event for in-home caregivers, CNAs and DSPs in Waynesville, NC. You will support clients in their homes, provide personal care, and help with daily living activities.

Join us July 23-24, 2025 from 9am to 4pm to learn about opportunities, benefits and flexible hours. We offer competitive pay, daily pay option, and growth potential including CNA certification support.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal caregiving services in accordance with an established plan of direct care
• Provide for the personal needs and comfort of people in their own homes
• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Perform general housekeeping activities; provide transportation to and from activities and appointments
• Offer compassionate companionship to patients
