Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides to provide compassionate, in-home care across Cape Cod, MA. We offer flexible shifts from 1–4 hours to 8–16 hours, with weekly pay and opportunities like scholarships and residency programs.

Mileage reimbursement and 24/7 on-call manager support are provided to back our care team. Opportunities available for HHA, CNA, and those pursuing certification, with paid PC/HHA training for non-certified applicants.

Qualifications

• One year verifiable work experience (with any company or industry).
• Home Health Aide - HHA Certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA License.

Responsibilities

• Home Health Aides assist clients with Activities of daily living
• The HHA may assist with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation and errands
• The Home Health Aide may also assist clients with their personal care
• The HHA may also assist with ambulation and medications
