Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Home Health Aide to support clients in their own homes in Carrollton, GA. The role emphasizes reliability, empathy, and a #DifferenceMaker mindset, with pay options and growth opportunities.

You will assist clients with daily activities—from meal prep to personal care—and enjoy a supportive team culture and ongoing development opportunities. Must pass background checks and have CPR or obtain it before start date.

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial).
• Employment contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date). Capable of handling confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
