All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Home Health Aide to assist clients in their homes across several WA locations, including Kent and Federal Way. The role focuses on personal care, companionship, and daily living activities to support independence.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; orientation and training provided.
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver's license.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
• Accountable, reliable and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
