Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking caregivers to provide in-home support, companionship and daily living assistance to clients in their own homes. The role emphasizes compassionate, reliable care and the ability to work independently while maintaining client dignity.

You will perform meal prep, light housekeeping, personal care, and transportation support, with an emphasis on safety, confidentiality, and respectful communication. Prior caregiving experience and CPR certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older with valid driver’s license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of six (6) months caregiving experience (professional or familial).
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
• Accountable, reliable and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
