A leading home care provider in Massachusetts is seeking Home Health Aides to support clients in their daily needs. You will provide personal care and ensure a safe living environment. Ideal candidates have relevant certifications and experience. This role offers competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA).
• One (1) year experience in the home or long-term care setting is preferred.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Keep our clients smiling at home by supporting their daily needs - taking initiative about
• Maintaining their health and safety at home through providing high quality personal care, and monitoring their environment for safety risks
• Follow an individualized, written Plan of Care to support our clients with personal hygiene, ambulation and exercise, eating, dressing, shaving, physical transfer, and other duties as assigned

Hours

Dependent on specific case(s); shifts available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and based on availability. Assisting Hands does not guarantee hours.
