All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide individualized in-home care for clients in their own homes. Flexible schedules allow you to work close to home and earn competitive pay with daily pay options.

Responsibilities include meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene care, and transportation assistance. Applicants must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and have at least 6 months of caregiving experience, plus pass a background check; CPR

External Job Description

Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:

• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping
• Companionship
• Personal hygiene care
• Transportation assistance
• Other light duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
