Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes. Responsibilities include meal prep, housekeeping, companionship, personal care, and transportation assistance. Candidates should have at least 6 months of caregiving experience and a valid driver's license.

CPR certification is required or obtainable before start date. Background checks will be completed as part of employment processing, with emphasis on confidentiality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial).
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
