Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking caregivers to provide in-home support tailored to each client’s needs. You will offer companionship, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain comfort and independence for clients in their homes.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, dependable, and capable of working independently with good judgment. Training is provided, and benefits are available based on position and schedule.

Qualifications

• Six months of caregiving experience or more preferred.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license.
• Pass background check prior to start date.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain before start date.

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
