Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking caring individuals to provide in-home support across multiple NC locations, including Waynesville, Clyde, Canton, Maggie Valley, and Lake Junaluska. This role focuses on helping clients with daily activities in a home setting.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. Applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be capable of handling confidential information with good judgement. Weekend hours are available.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; Orientation and training provided.
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and exercise good judgement.
• Background check required before employment.
