Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare in Fairfield, CA is seeking a dedicated Caregiver / Home Health Aide to provide compassionate in-home support to clients based on an established care plan.

You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship, with flexible hours and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Capable of handling confidential information.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to travel between clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal caregiving services per plan of direct care.
• Attend to personal needs and comfort in clients' homes.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Perform general housekeeping tasks.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments.
• Offer compassionate companionship to patients.
• Other duties as assigned.
