Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to help clients at home in Fairbanks, Alaska. You will assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene care, and transportation to appointments or activities.

No prior experience is required; orientation and training are provided. You must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel to client homes within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans and communicate changes to the office.
• Travel to client homes within the service area and complete shifts reliably.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Social Security Card

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

• Current Auto Insurance

• Reliable Transportation

• Ability to travel to client homes within the assigned service area

• Ability to successfully pass all required background checks

• Adult & Child First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification (preferred). If you are not currently certified, we provide training for qualified candidates.

• Honest and accurate availability with a commitment to honoring scheduled shifts

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Willingness to accept additional assignments or cover other clients when needed, based on availability

• Strong communication skills and the ability to notify the office promptly of any schedule changes or emergencies

Salary Range

USD $23.50 - $25.50 / Hour
