Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a dedicated Caregiver / Home Health Aide to support clients in their homes across WA communities. The role emphasizes compassionate, personalized care with a focus on dignity, privacy, and independence.

The caregiver will assist with daily activities including meal prep, housekeeping, companionship, personal care, and transportation, while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license.
• Background check required before start.
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Reliable and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:

• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping
• Companionship
• Personal hygiene care
• Transportation assistance
• Other light duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) and ability to work responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre‑employment background check
