Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers and Home Health Aides to provide individualized in-home support across Concord, Clayton and Pleasant Hill areas in CA. Earn USD 17.80 per hour with flexible shifts and daily pay options, plus benefits and career growth opportunities.

No experience required; comprehensive training is provided. Must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license and able to maintain confidentiality while delivering attentive care to clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; orientation and training provided.
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Accountable, reliable and able to work independently with good judgment.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities including meal preparation, housekeeping and companionship.
• Support personal hygiene care and transportation to appointments.
• Help with light duties as assigned to maintain client comfort and safety.
