All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to assist clients in their homes with daily activities and personal care. You will provide companionship, meal prep, housekeeping, transportation and support with daily living tasks in a respectful and dignified manner.

Qualities like reliability, good judgement, and effective communication are important, with orientation provided to new staff.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
