Job summary

Legacy Home Care is seeking a Caregiver for home visits and supplemental assisted living hours in the Greater Minneapolis - Saint Paul area. The role offers hourly pay of $20.00–$23.00 plus up to $2,000 in bonuses and requires you to be at least 18 years old with caregiving experience in Assisted Living or Home Care.

You will provide personal care, living assistance, and companionship, including ADLs like dressing, eating, bathing, and socializing, while traveling up to 35 miles from home.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year caregiving experience in Assisted Living or Home Care.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel up to 35 miles from home.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, living assistance and companionship to residents.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, eating, bathing, and socializing.
• Help residents with transfers, therapeutic exercises and household services.
• Build rapport with residents and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
