Job summary

Independent Home Health is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers in Pennsylvania to provide one-on-one support and companionship. This entry-level role welcomes individuals without prior caregiving experience and offers flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and weekend opportunities.

Starting pay is $15 per hour with weekly pay, and caregivers will assist with daily activities, personal care, light housekeeping, meals, and mobility supports while following individualized care

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license or identification card.
• Reliable transportation and ability to complete required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide mobility assistance.
• Assist with errands, shopping, or appointments when needed.
• Follow individualized care plans and document services provided.
