Home Instead is hiring caregivers in Salem, NH to help seniors live safely at home across Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. You’ll drive to client homes, so a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

We offer full- and part-time positions with competitive hourly wages and benefits. As a caregiver, you will provide companionship, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and support personal care while promoting independence and dignity for every client.

Qualifications

Join Home Instead and help seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes throughout Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire — including Acton, Lowell, Nashua, and nearby areas. You’ll be driving to client’s homes, so a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle are required.

We’re hiring experienced caregivers who want steady hours, supportive teammates, and meaningful work that makes every day count.

• $19–$21/hr + $2/hr for weekend shifts
• Opportunity to earn up to $24.00/hr after your first 8 weeks**
• Weekly pay with direct deposit
• Referral bonus up to $700

*must be in good standing and worked a minimum of 16 visits in first 45 days

**To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $24.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts
