Job summary

Home Instead is hiring caregivers in the Montgomery County area to support seniors across the greater Philadelphia region. You will drive to clients’ homes in the Phoenixville area, so a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle are required.

The role includes comprehensive training, paid holidays at 1.5x, and a full benefits package with 401k matching. You will work closely with a dedicated team, providing companionship and personal care to clients while using our mobile app to manage

Qualifications

• Minimum of three professional references.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual encouraged)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
