Job summary

Home Instead in Greensboro is seeking a compassionate Home Caregiver to provide companionship and essential daily support for seniors in Davidson, Guilford, and Alamance counties.

Earn $13.00–$14.00 per hour with weekly pay and direct deposit, plus a $700 referral bonus for the caregiver program. Enjoy paid training, holidays at 1.5x, benefits eligibility, mileage reimbursement, and a 401(k) match. Flexible hours (part-time or full-time) with a supportive 24/7 team.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of paid caregiving experience (non-family) or CNA/HHA/LPN/LVN/RN.
• Reliable transportation to and from clients.
• Two professional references.
• Available for at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading and writing skills; bilingual encouraged.
• Complete required screening and compliance steps.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation.
• Help with meals and light housekeeping.
• Support with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, restroom use).
• Help clients stay safe and comfortable at home.
