Job summary

Home Instead in Prescott, AZ is hiring in-home caregivers to help older adults live safely and comfortably in their own homes. This is one-on-one care with consistent clients and reliable schedules, supported by a team every step of the way.

You’ll provide companionship, assist with bathing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping, and support daily routines to promote independence. Benefits include weekly pay of $17–$19 per hour, holiday pay, sick leave, training, medical/dental/vision, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to complete required compliance steps

This is one-on-one care with consistent clients, reliable schedules, and a team that supports you every step of the way.

• $17.00–$19.00 per hour, paid weekly
• $700 caregiver referral bonus
• Paid holidays at 1.5x your rate
• Sick leave accrual and paid training

• Mileage reimbursement between same-day visits

*and be included in our performance bonus plan and earn up to $300 bonus (must meet visit frequency requirements; bonus will be paid out to Care Pros in good standing after 30, 60, and 90 days after eligible to work date). More details available upon hire.
