Job summary

Home Instead is looking for experienced caregivers to help seniors stay safe and comfortable in their own homes across Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire, including Acton, Lowell, Nashua, and nearby areas.

You’ll drive to clients’ homes, earn $19–$21/hr with a $2/hr weekend increase after the first 8 weeks, receive weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, plus 401k match.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• More than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience.
• Basic English communication skills; bilingual caregivers encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Help with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

We’re hiring experienced caregivers who want steady hours, supportive teammates, and meaningful work that makes every day count.

• $19–$21/hr + $2/hr for weekend shifts
• Opportunity to earn up to $24.00/hr after your first 8 weeks**

The $24.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts
