Qualifications

• Caregiver role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living.
• Ability to work in a team and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Caregivers provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity.
• Help residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care tasks.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and dishes as needed.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
