Job summary

Senior Helpers in Mississippi is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to deliver high-quality care to aging adults in their homes.

You will provide personal care, companionship, and support to families while adhering to safety standards and company policies. We offer flexible schedules, paid orientation and ongoing training, plus a benefits package and opportunities for certification through Relias.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home caregiving or similar role is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with clients and families.

Essential Functions:

• Delivering exceptional care to the client in their home


• Complete all daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)


• Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client and their families


• Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior


• Assist with personal care activities including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
