Job summary

Senior Helpers is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to support clients in the Springdale area. Morning shifts available (starting 10:00 AM) and weekends offer consistent hours, with a flexible schedule and daily pay.

You will provide companion care and personal care, including light housekeeping, meal prep, mobility assistance, toileting, bathing, grooming, and incontinence care, while following care plans and communicating with office staff.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of professional or personal experience in home care or caregiving
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• TB test results (negative) required

Responsibilities

• Provide companion care (light housekeeping, meal prep, mobility assistance, social engagement)
• Deliver personal care (toileting, bathing, grooming, incontinence care)
• Support clients with dignity, comfort, and independence

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old (Required)
• Must be a driver with a reliable vehicle
• Ability to transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Negative results of either a 2-Step TB Test or TBQuantiferon Gold Blood Test (Required)

Responsibilities:

• Provide companion care (light housekeeping, meal prep, mobility assistance, social engagement)
• Deliver personal care, including toileting, bathing, grooming, and incontinence care
• Support clients with dignity, comfort, and independence
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with office staff

Qualifications:

• At least 3-6 months of professional or personal experience in home care, caregiving, or related field (Required)
• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance or nursing assistance is a plus.
• Reliable, patient, and professional
